Brooke C. Hardy is an operations strategist, project manager, and marketing professional with more than a decade of experience leading high-impact initiatives across the education, entertainment, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She is known for transforming ideas into action by building efficient systems, leading cross-functional teams, and developing strategic communications that drive measurable results.

Throughout her career, Brooke has managed complex projects, coordinated large-scale events, developed marketing campaigns, and cultivated meaningful partnerships that strengthen organizations and elevate brands.

She currently serves as Lead Project Manager and Influencer Engagement Coordinator for D3 Entertainment Group, overseeing influencer marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and project execution for national film and media releases. She also serves as the 7th Grade Dean of Culture, Communications, Logistics, and Extended Learning Coordinator at Howard University Middle School of Mathematics & Science, leading school culture initiatives, strategic communications, logistics, and student engagement programming.

Before these roles, Brooke built an extensive background in media operations, artist relations, event management, and communications through leadership positions with My Block Records and City of Praise Family Ministries. Her work has supported nationally recognized artists, large-scale events, and campaigns that have reached audiences across multiple platforms.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication, Brooke is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity at Virginia Union University. She combines her passion for leadership, faith, strategy, and service to help organizations streamline operations, build impactful brands, and create experiences that inspire lasting change.
